Trademarks
Bridgeport Drama Club™ and Inner Worlds Universe™ are trademarks of MJG9 Group LLC. The unique visual identity, brand names, and artistic descriptors associated with our programs are proprietary marks. Any unauthorized use of these trademarks, or confusingly similar marks, is strictly prohibited and protected under trademark registration and common law rights.
Patent‑Pending Systems
Certain pedagogical systems, instructional processes, and digital‑arts technologies used by Bridgeport Drama Club™ are currently patent pending. These innovations represent our commitment to pioneering new methods in arts education. Unauthorized duplication, reverse engineering, or commercial application of these systems is prohibited.
Ownership of Student Work
Bridgeport Drama Club recognizes that students retain the intellectual property rights to the original creative work they produce, such as individual scripts, character sketches, and vocal performances. By submitting work for review or portfolio inclusion, students and guardians grant the Club a non-exclusive, limited license to use work samples for internal educational purposes and club documentation.
Usage Restrictions
All classroom materials are provided for the specific use of the enrolled student. Participation in our programs is subject to the following restrictions:
- Users may not republish, sell, or sublicense curriculum assets to third parties.
- Recording of live instructional sessions or digital meetups is strictly forbidden without express consent.
- The use of Drama Club assets for any outside commercial gain is a violation of these terms.
Digital Safety & Content Protection
We employ digital watermarking and content monitoring systems to ensure the integrity of our creative assets. These measures are in place to prevent unauthorized distribution and to maintain the safety of our student community. Any breach of digital security protocols will result in immediate termination of classroom access and potential legal action.
Accessibility & Participation
Our IP policy is intentionally designed to support accessibility. We provide alternative formats of our proprietary materials for students with documented learning or physical needs, ensuring that intellectual property protection never becomes a barrier to full participation in the arts.
